GIFT SUPPORT NETWORK Empowering Lives, Building Hope

At Gift Support Network, we’re committed to supporting socially excluded individuals, including asylum seekers, single mothers, disabled people, and care-experienced young people to achieve stability, independence, and a brighter future. We provide practical support, guidance, and services that help individuals build resilience, develop essential life skills, and improve their overall wellbeing.

About Us

Who We Are

At Gift Support Network, we are a growing charity with a clear mission — to support those most in need in our society. From asylum seekers and single mothers to people with disabilities and those who feel excluded, we’re here to provide real help, hope, and opportunities.

We believe that everyone deserves to live with dignity, feel supported, and have equal access to the basics of life — like food, shelter, education, and community.

Mission And Objectives

OUR OBJECT

At Gift Support Network, our core purpose is to help people who are socially excluded — especially those facing financial hardship — in the UK, Ghana, and Nigeria. We support individuals and families who are struggling to access basic needs like food, shelter, education, and healthcare. These challenges often lead to people feeling isolated, overlooked, or left behind in society.

Project & Programme Assessment Criteria

At Gift Support Network, we have a clear process for selecting the projects we support. Our trustees follow a specific grant-making policy that outlines the requirements each type of organisation must meet before receiving our support. If we consider supporting a group that isn't a registered charity, we carefully follow the Charity Commission’s guidance to make sure everything is done properly and within the rules.

Our Purposes

We support the socially excluded whose needs are greatest, such as asylum seekers, the disabled, single mothers and their children. As a young charity, our trustees have taken prudent steps of first focusing on grant making, until such a time when we have secured sufficient funds to begin delivering services.

OUR PHILOSOPHY

At Gift Support Network, we believe that every person deserves to feel seen, supported, and valued — no matter their background or current circumstances. Our work is grounded in compassion, dignity, and the belief that lasting change starts with inclusion.

Who Will Benefit

At Gift Support Network, our mission is to support people who are often overlooked or struggling in silence. The individuals we help come from all walks of life, but they all share one thing in common — they are in need of support, dignity, and hope. Many face daily challenges that affect their well-being, their families, and their future. Whether it's financial hardship, social isolation, or limited access to essential services, we step in to bridge the gap. Our work is designed to uplift those who are most vulnerable and help them move forward with confidence.

How we will achieve it

Beyond providing financial support, we are actively working to build long-term partnerships, develop community-led projects, and create safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Our vision is not just to respond to immediate needs, but to empower individuals with tools, resources, and opportunities that foster independence and dignity. Through collaboration, compassion, and strategic planning, we’re laying the groundwork for programs that will uplift lives and strengthen communities for years to come.
